add levigo.jar to source bundle.

            Description

            The pro binary bundle contains the new licienced levigo .jar for jbig2 image handling. The pro source bundle does not have this jar. This needs to fixed as the jar should be included in the source pro bundle.

              Update the bundle build scripts on both the trunk and 5.0.1 branch to include the levigo.jar in the src bundle.
