Incorrectly executing single quote token.

            Description

            The pdf in question (support drive) uses a seldom used token ', or single quote that does the work of T* and Tj in that order. The currently implementation is spacing some of the words incorrectly.

              I reworked the the single quote method to literally process T* and Tj and the PDF renders as it should.

              Updated the trunk and 5.0.1 branch with potential fix. Fairly major change to the rendering core but also a fairly rare token. Will reopne the bug if qa shows some issue.
