Add Back and forward history buttons for Viewer RI

            Description

            Update the Viewer RI to have a back and forward history button of recently viewed pages. The history queue would likely be tracked by the following UI interactions.

            - outline navigation
            - page number manipulation
            - annotation navigation
            - search hit navigation

            The model state for this back and forward commands would likely be stroed in the AbsractDocumentViewModel and the manipulators stored in DocumentviewController. Lastly the forward and back button would have to be integrated into the SwingController and SwingViewBuilder.
