Message bundle params for manager.properties.modified are incorrect for some languages.

            Description

            The Viewer RI has message bundles for numerous languages. For key manager.properties.modified uses three parameters, {0,date,long}. Unfortunately for some reason the date and long types where translated to the words in the respective message bundles for some translations.
