Image proxy can not be disabled for inline images

            Description

            The system property org.icepdf.core.imageProxy can be used to turn on/off the image proxy. I was doing some image capture support work today and came cross an issue where some inline images where not being painted during he capture and org.icepdf.core.imageProxy=false had no effect.

            On closer inspection the property was not correctly being applied to InlineImageStreamReference class.
