            Description

            Search highlighting is only being painted if the text selection tool is selected. Search highlighting and text selection should be painted for any of the document tools.

              Resolved, sorted out a the text selection state and how the text selection page and view handlers deselect text. Also updated the highlight, strike-out and underline tools to automatically convert selected text to the respective annotation on a tool change.
