View level text selection throwing null pointers.

            Description

            When starting text selecting from outside of a page will load the TextSelectionViewHandler. There was last minute refactor in beta1 where a CommonToolHandler class was introduced. This refactor was introduced a bug in TextSelectionViewHandler effectively breaking the functionality.

              Updated the TextSelectionViewHandler so that it correct accessed the parent view container instead of the null pageViewComponent.
