            Description

            A user has reported that image renderings don't look as sharp as they did in ICEpdf 4.2.x. To avoid image scaling the system property -Dorg.icepdf.core.scaleImages=false can be set which improves the image rendering quality. The user then reported scaling issues related to an older scalling quality issue, http://jira.icefaces.org/browse/PDF-243 .

            Still have some work to do here. A community member has contributed code that reportedly improves image scaling. Further investigation is needed.
