OutlineItem parser removing whitespace characters

            Description

            PDF file posted on the forums has an outline items with octal encoded strings. For some reason we have code that is removing the white space characters \t, \r and \n. I've been looking through the specification and can find a explanation for this. Perhaps this code was a precursor to a fix for before PDF-260?

            After removing the white space removal code the outline item renders itself correctly.
