      Description

The forum poster provided a document with a text water mark that should have been rendered with a transparency. I took a quick look and we where hard coding the alpha value 1.0 when a text block was encountered. The correctly approach is to apply the current graphic states stroking and none stroking values.

Testing new code against our transparency test, seems to be OK. Marking as resolved.
