Text Transparency being incorrectly applied

            Description

            The forum poster provided a document with a text water mark that should have been rendered with a transparency. I took a quick look and we where hard coding the alpha value 1.0 when a text block was encountered. The correctly approach is to apply the current graphic states stroking and none stroking values.
