Page 1 in PDF displays in black and white

      Description

      Please refer to page 1 in the attached PDF file. There isn´t anything obvious in the logs beyond the following:

          It looks like the missing function is keeping CMYK colour space from loading correctly.

          Make sure to enable clipping but make sure you set -Dorg.icepdf.core.text.optimized=false to disabled ICEpdf's text clip optimization.

          I've implemented the type4 fuction and the colour for the image with the banding issue is improved but the main image is still not correctly rendered in a beige tone.

          The background image in question is showing up grey and it appears that our JPEG sniffing code is assuming the JPEG is indeed grey after reading the jpeg header information. A closer look is need to figure out why we aren't interpreting this image correctly.

          I'll take another look at this issue. The image on the first page is coming out black and white but should have a orange hue to it. It's possible there there is a type 4 operand that isn't executing properly, worth another look.
