Support LZW decode predictor flags

            Description

            A sample was submitted of a raw image that rendered but some pixel data was missing or not quite the correct colour. After a little digging I noticed the underlying LZWDecode filter had some decode params which we don't currently support. The same parameters where added to FlateDeocode years ago but for some reason not to LZW. I'm guessing we didn't have a sample at that time to test against.

            Anyways we'll need to add support for Predictor and Colours to get this image to render correctly.
