Coordinate space of extracted text is incorrect (word)

            Description

            The document in question was encoded using MS word and when we extract the text we get words that are incorrectly line breaked on glyphs and words. The issue appears not to be a regression but we have seen similar problem in the past especially with the Office PDF encoder.

            Shouldn't be to hard to address.
