            Description

            While working with a client that wished to display the Viewer RI using 24x24 icons instead of the default 32x32 we discovered server missing icons and no consistent way to set all icons to either size.

              I've created the missing icons and smoothed out some rough spots with the various builder class to insure they respect the property PropertiesManager.PROPERTY_ICON_DEFAULT_SIZE values of Images.SIZE_LARGE or Images.SIZE_SMALL
