            Description

            A client has asked us to add a new annotation flag that would allow the core library to filter annotations by the creator. Annotations marked as private would only be visible to a users with the same user id as the annotations creator.

            The reference implementation would have a control that would allow the setting of this flag. The going thought is that it would be added to an annotation popup window as well as a new status bar on the bottom of the viewer.
