Error opening file and impact to toolbar and menubar

            Description

            While opening a specific pdf-File it comes to an error-message, meaning that the file could be corrupt. After accepting that message the document is rendered correctly but all tool- and menubars are beeing insensitive.

              Strange little object reference issue with this file generated by "eAntrag". When retrieving the document preferences from the catalog dictionary, there is a reference to another catalog object that contains the viewer preferences this should just be a regular hash. Added necessary instance of checks to avoid the problem in the future.

              The good news is that this type of error will be fixed as we migrate to the document object model that uses base HashMap.
