            Description

            A community member has posted a a request for a tool that would merge two pdf documents and correctly keep any annotations changes.

            There are two main components to the features. The first is a merge tool that can correctly map and copy a page's resource to a new file and re-index the resultant file. The second component would be the GUI responsible for the drag and drop merge tool.
