            Description

            A client has submitted a few samples files which have form elements that are not rendered correctly in 6.2 but were fine in 6.1.3. Further investigation is needed.

              This regression was do to the spacial changes made to get some annotation types to render correctly in 6.2. I believe all the bugs around this have been flushed out and where mainly do to the creation of appearance streams for annotation that previously didn't have one.
