Maven build system update.

            Description

            ICEpdf currently use Apache Ant to build the project jars as well as the release bundles. In both cases Ant does a pretty good job but the scripts are fairly complex and the community seems to be moving away form Ant in favour of Maven and Gradle.

            I think the long term goal is to move to Maven but I'll give Gradle a good looks well as it currently has a lot of momentum.
