KaiU or DFKai-SB fonts not rendering properly

            Description

            The provided PDF contains a font sample which isn't rendering properly in ICEpdf. The font used is KaiU or DFKai-SB. Looking at the Document Font window it shows using:
             - HXBWJJ+DFKaiShu-SB-Estd-BF
             - HXBWJK+PMingLiU

            I don't see any font substitution logging in the logs.

              Font hinting must be enabled for this font to be rendered correctly.

              -Dorg.icepdf.core.nfont.truetype.hinting=true
