            Description

            A request has been made to make the PropertiesManager and thus SwingViewBuilder have options to hide one or more of the page view types located in the statusbar viewmode toolbar.

            Four new properties have been introduced to controller the four page views.

                public static final String PROPERTY_SHOW_STATUSBAR_VIEWMODE_SINGLE_CONTINUOUS = "application.statusbar.show.viewmode.singlePageContinuous";
                public static final String PROPERTY_SHOW_STATUSBAR_VIEWMODE_DOUBLE = "application.statusbar.show.viewmode.doublePage";
                public static final String PROPERTY_SHOW_STATUSBAR_VIEWMODE_DOUBLE_CONTINUOUS = "application.statusbar.show.viewmode.doublePageContinuous";
