Lowercase "L" and upppercase "i" not being rendered with JAI jars on classpath

      Removing the JAI jars from the classpath but this may cause other issues which require having the JAI jars.

      Description

      With the provided PDF file, some of the the lowercase "L" and uppercase "i" characters are not being rendered. This happens only when the JAI jar are on the classpath. Without these jars, the characters show.

        Marking as fixed. As part of the image clean up and new support for twelve monkeys image support the missing glyphs now render.
