            Description

            A coordinated container resizing function would replace the individual container resizing functions in the pagePanel, viewManager, splitPane and tabset and avoid the awkward timing issues of which containers need to be resized first.

            A coordinated resize container function would be attached to the window load, resize, and orientationchange events and scan the DOM from the root to resize the necessary containers in one synchronous function.
