dataTable in splitPane does not render correctly

            Description

            see attached sample. Tried ace:dataTable, h:dataTable, mobi:dataView and all show same issue with layout.
            Ensure tabSet orientation is "top" or the dataTable ends up underneath the tabset tabs.
            Of all the test pages, only 12582noTabSet.xhtml shows proper positioning of dataTable.

              test case for this Jira. Using maven so ee jars must be first installed in local m2 repo
              The test case is designed to run on servlet 2.5
              able to reproduce in any web browser

              see attached example. Only page with dataTable not in splitPane looks correct.
              Possibly layout problems within a facet rather than a component as it's parent container?

              These issues are reproducible on svn rev 39518 (Jan 17), but not on rev 39712 (Jan 20)
