panelPopup not positioning correctly when scroll position is high.

            Description

            When a large area is involed (accordion panels with height of each area > view height, user has to scroll to find the panelPopup as it's not positioning itself in the middle of the view properly.
            When used with the simulator, this may appear to be freezing the simulator, but it's because the positioned outside the viewing area.
