            Description

            Many components, including the following require icon attrbutes:

            outputListItem
            commandButton
            tabSet panes
            accordion pane headers

            The user should be able to specify a path to an image file, or use a key which would automatically use the built-in Font-Awesome icon set, eg icon="cog" would render <i class="icon-cog"></i>. The icons should also be able to located in useful places around text, eg. in the outputListItem the user should be able to specify whether the icon is on the left or the right. With the commandButton the user should be able to specify whether the icon is to the left, right, top or bottom of the text.
