Description
If you do not specify selectTitle with the menuButton, the first option is not selectable.

what is your preference? have it required with a default value? Or not have it required? If not, then I may have to have a blank/non-selectable first option element to make this work (thought about it before)

original specs determined that a selectTitle would always be present. If specs change, then so will component have to. selectTitle is no longer required? please confirm.
