If you do not specify selectTitle with the menuButton, the first option is not selectable.

what is your preference? have it required with a default value? Or not have it required? If not, then I may have to have a blank/non-selectable first option element to make this work (thought about it before)

if selectTitle is required then the tld should reflect that

original specs determined that a selectTitle would always be present. If specs change, then so will component have to. selectTitle is no longer required? please confirm.

rev 36193 default jsp is same as jsf "Select" for selectTitle attribute
