create tests for all components within fieldsetRow and not within fieldsetRow to ensure behavior is consistent

            Description

            when testing 1.3 it was noticed that placing carousel inside a fieldsetRow causes the carousel not to scroll. Forum posting regarding an inputText component within a contentPane in tabSet also had issues.

            Task is to ensure tests exist for all components/tags to ensure behavior is consistent with or without fieldsetRow
