            Description

            carousel causes javascript error (event not defined, but not showing which event or line in js console so will take more work to uncover cause).
            Problem on desktop firefox (which renders properly but does not submit due to js error)>
            also problem on firefox on Android which does not render correctly. (will attach screenshot later).
