ICEpush connection dies intermittently

            Description

            When interacting with mobileshowcase or icemobilespring, if you enter the cloud push example, sometime ajax push will work, and sometimes it will not. When not, reloading the will get it working again. This "first push not working" phenomena has been observed in other examples as well. While the exact conditions that cause it to fail are not known (aside from Mobi-193), it appears that the heartbeating stops, resulting in the failure of ajax push.

              Moving to ICEmobile 1.3 / ICEpush 3.3 for additional testing and fixes. Issue is still present with transient failures.
