IE9 testing of 1.2 Beta (org site)

mobileshowcase:-

IE9 after panelConfirmation, can't access anything in menu without reload. No access to js console, or network traffic from remote desktop, so can't check that out.

no geolocation support could tell if I had access to js console.

gmap-> map only partially loads, Get whole map when I reload the page. nothing when I press "LocateMe"--suspect no support for this in browser .

Cloud PUsh-> same issues with buttons rendering in a column rather than a row.

icemobilespring:-
carousel doesn't respond after submit (suspect javascript error).

panelPopup:- auto-center does not do anything (suspect javascript error).

geolocation:- doesn't work

Camera, Microphone, Camcorder:- html5 input type="file" brings chooser up but upload does not occur. Would have to debug in true windows environment …not sure about how remote desktop works in this regards.

QRCode:- not generating QRCode until I reloaded the page

IE10 mobileshowcase:

• decode error on "Resource Backed Video"
• uploaded .mov file did not play in IE 10

IE10 mediacast:

• vertical button layout

IE10 icemobilespring:

• Button types did not work
• submit button did not work most demos

In summary: problems encountered were the vertical button layout and the non-functional submit button in icemobilespring.

IE 10 is generating the following malformed request body on the icemobilespring button page:

IE 10 is not updating the QR code in icemobilespring due to the fact that it is not reloading the image for the QR code.

The QR code JSP tag needs to be implemented as a REST variant with the URL encoding the desired value for the QR code.

The QR code issue is MOBI-578.
