Description
The scrollPane appears to be causing a strange scrolling and content overlapping issue on the android container.

modified the javascript and SplitPaneCoreRenderer to use "desktop: "boolean part of config (see attached files), but now the iPad does not allow the columns to scroll independently.

splitpane.js is for jsf project in resources/org.icefaces.component.splitpane/
and SplitPaneCoreRenderer goes in
icemobile/core/org/icemobile/renderkit

This issue can be seen in the geolocation, video, and audio examples when in the large view. Scrolling the example scrolls the map or video or audio controls at different rates.
