ContentMenuItem disabled="true" does not disable when using url

            Description


            When the 'url' attribute of the contentMenuItem is used and disabled is true, the link is still rendered and navigation will still happen when clicking the link.

              rev 32860 now has disabled support for value and url. I created style mobi-list-item-dis in 1_list.css file and used this style for disabled style for this component, but it will need to be completed. I just put a dummy styling in for now to ensure it is being rendered.
              Assigning to Philip to either resolve or fill in some styling for the various devices for this target or 1.3 Beta.
