      Description

Working on integrating the <mobi:menuButton> in the Mobile Showcase demo found the following issues:

      - The menu button's default text displays the english 'Menu' if no buttonLabel is specified. We should probably use a simple icon or utf menu symbol which would work across languages

      - 'selectTitle' attribute is not intuitive, if it's meant to work like the SelectItem noSelectionOption, we should call it something like 'noSelectionLabel' to be consistent with standard JSF

      - there does not seem to be a way to turn off the 'selectTitle'. If you don't specify selectTitle, then the english 'Select' appears.

      - you cannot control the styling of the button. Setting the 'style' property on the component sets the inline style on the accompanying <select> element, not the <span> that represents the button
