No file selector in mobile non-container environements

            Description

            If you access camera/camcorder/audio components from the stock Android browsers, you do not get a file selector rendered as you would from a desktop browser. Android supports this capability, so it should be supported from our component. I believe that iPhone does not support this feature, so the improvement may only apply to Android, and possibly BB.
