Time/Date popup on Asus Android device has issues

            Description

            To reproduce, I go to the Time/Date page. Popup either the time/date popup and define the date/time normally. Repeat with the other popup. 1/4 of my screen turns the background color, but the popup panel does not appear until I touch anywhere on the screen again. Once I'm past this point, both popups appear properly henceforth.
