Time/Date popup on Asus Android device has issues

            Description

            To reproduce, I go to the Time/Date page. Popup either the time/date popup and define the date/time normally. Repeat with the other popup. 1/4 of my screen turns the background color, but the popup panel does not appear until I touch anywhere on the screen again. Once I'm past this point, both popups appear properly henceforth.

              Please see if this is reproducible on other android devices and if it has a CSS or app-level fix.

              I can also reproduce this on my acer tablet running Android 4.0.3. I almost looks like the popup and model background is being drawn in the wrong location and the second touch causes a repaint of the screen which corrects the issue. The issue can't be reproduced on my 4.03 handheld, so I suspect it might be related to the css that loads when the large screen is detect. I'll investigate further.

              I tried out my CSS theory on the hand held and couldn't reproduce the issue. The tablet example behaviour is quite consistent as stated above. If the date/time is refreshed before the data/time popup is made visible all works correctly. I've also tried the example using the stock android 4.03 browser and the problem isn't present. We might be looking at some very strange container/browser issue.

              Pushing out to version 1.2 beta. This issue only seems to affect the 4.x tablets but not the 3.x tablets. Further investigation is need.
