            Description

            ICEmobile uses multipart POST to allow file uploads, but this encoding is inefficient for simple form interactions. Server-side detection should set the form encoding to multipart only when file upload components are present in the form.

              This is strictly a performance optimization in an area that is not immediately a concern. It does not appear worth the risk for 1.1 Final.
