Description
Ant build from the root of the binary bundle fails trying to build the components.
BUILD FAILED
/home/maryka/Downloads/ICEmobile-1.0.0-bin/icemobile/build.xml:70: /home/maryka/Downloads/ICEmobile-1.0.0-bin/icemobile/components does not exist.
If, however, you go into samples ant build works fine.

I'm going to use ICEfaces as the standard here. For the binary bundle the build.xml should not be included in the root of the bundle. If users need to build the samples they can god to the samples folder and rebuild the applications.
Also noticed the readme.txt aren't getting copied over, will fix that as well.

Verified cruise control builds, build.xml and build.properties are missing from the root of the bundle for the binary version and still there for the source version.
