            mobileshowcase View Manager demo.
            Go To View Manager Example - leads to page with http status 500 error
            HTTP Status 500 - /showcase-viewmanager.xhtml @254,94 <ui:include src="/WEB-INF/includes/examples/device/reality-example.xhtml"> Invalid path : /WEB-INF/includes/examples/device/reality-example.xhtml

            To reproduce:
            1.) Use the mobileshowcase.war file found in Jenkins ICEmobile EE trunk
            2.) Navigate to the View Manager demo
            3.) Once the demo loads press the "Go to View Manager Example" button
