Support for Android 6 permission configuration.

            Description

            Android 6 has been release and with it is a new feature that allows the end user to configure an applications permissions. Testing the current BridgeIt app with camera permission disabled causes the application to crash.

            The preferred behavior is is to query these user that we would like to use the camera (or other permission request) with a permission request dialog. If they allow for the camera permission then we load the application as per usual. If not, we should shut down the application gracefully.
