DataView js error when activationMode = client with no detail region

            Description

            When activationMode="client" the Data View renderer renders an encoded data-state attribute on each row. If there is no data details region used in the component, the data-state value will be an empty string. The client side code will then attempt to parse it, resulting in a js error.
