            Description

            Current the Cloud Push 'register' command is 'supported' on all platforms. This should be changed to return supported only on the cloud push platforms of bridgeit.

            - iOS 6+
            - Android 2.3+
            - WP8+

            This detection happens in the ClientDescriptor in IM and separately in bridgeit.js.for non-IM use.
