mobi:camera component does not work with Windows phone or tablet 8.1 OS/IE11

            Description

            THe camera component (tested trunk as of June 19th as well), when falling back to html5 markup--it's only option since not supported yet by BridgeIt--causes a blank screen with no way back to application.

            (screen then shows:-)

            CHOOSE AN APP

            <camera icon> Photos
            <cloud icon> OneDrive
            Phone

            .....
            If I choose "Photos", then I can either choose a photo from the camera roll or select the camera at the bottom of the phone, take a picture and upload it.

            Once doing using this markup once, the plain <input type="input"/> worked as well (but not originally), however camera component still fails.
