            Description

            The original Windows Phone port was written using the Silverlight 8.0 api. The silver light api has been updated to 8.1 but emphasis by Microsoft seems to indicate the new universal project and Window RT API will be the choice API heading forward.

            This bug is to track changes needed to port he the Silverlight 8.0 project to a universal project that can be run on both Window and phone 8.1 using more or less a shared code base.
