            Description

            Device comps need to be updated to use the new bridge api (1.0.4). Other housekeeping:

            - remove SX stuff
            - no fallback to file upload in server-side rendering?
            - remove client module?
            - remove <mobi:getEnhanced>
            - remove <mobi:uploadHelper>: no need to support it as we're not rendering file upload fallbacks (was only for IE)
