            Description

            At the moment, we're relying on hard-coding the BridgeIt external Javascript resource on every page that uses it, using a simple script tag.

            This resource should be automatically loaded by those components that require it. Components that require it should be able to declare a @ResourceDependency entry in their Meta classes for the framework to load this resource. In order to accomplish loading this external resource (i.e. the latest version) it will be necessary to create a ResourceHandler, in a similar way we do for ace:gmap.
