Verified android "Back Button" issue, ICEmobile EE 1.3.1 Jenkins build 27. android 4.1.1, Tomcat 7.

Both date and time button issues and the back button issue are resolved

Clicking on the Date or Time icons is not functional. User must click somewhere on the right side of the icons to open up the Date or Time Spinners in IE10, when Theme=iOS 7.
